I get my inspiration from the MOMENT. If something catches my eye, I can’t resist putting it to canvas as best I can. Acrylic is most forgiving, which makes it my current choice of medium.

Artist:   John Robinson

Media:   Pastel

I started to paint in France in 2005. My teacher was a professional Dutch artist, Inga Kennedy. Initially, I painted in watercolour, now preferring pastels/acrylics due to their intensity of colour. Favourite subjects include landscape, seascape and buildings. I paint at Art Groups in Easingwold and Coxwold.
